Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at M9Music. This is the Return and Refund Policy of
M9Music, hereafter referred to as “the Service”. Please read it carefully.

Physical products

We issue refunds for physical products within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. We demand the products to be returned in their original packaging, still wrapped / sealed, unused and undamaged. All shipping costs for the returned product are to be paid by the customer. If these demands are not met, we reserve the rights to refuse a refund.

If stated explicitly, returned products can be exchanged for (an) item(s) of equal value. The shipping costs for this/these new product(s) will be overseen by the Service. We do not offer refunds for items on sale and 2^nd hand items.
